Fenton Weill

Fenton Weill front
Fenton Weill guitar amp.
Circa '64, built in an era where amps of this type took on that magic sound. Fenton Weill was a favorite amp of Peter Green from Fleetwood Mac. This amp was built with materials found on both early AC30s and the early Marshalls. Truly a collectors piece.
Fenton Weill Back

Fenton Weill controls Fenton Weill amp
Look closely at the plexi face plate and the control labeled "top cut", notice the smooth black tolex that is just like that on the Vox amplifiers

Fenton Weill Side
One of the many unique features of this Fenton Weill is that it has a detachable head. As you can see in the picture to the left.

This amp has 2 EL34s and a cathode biased arrangement, similar to that of the Selmer Zodiac. Selmer eventually absorbed the Fenton Weill company.
